From helping you understand insurance and financial assistance options to sharing information about your condition or treatment, our team of caring support specialists provide assistance that helps those eligible to access, get started, and stay with treatment over time as prescribed.

Therapeutic Education Manager (TEM)*

Your dedicated Therapeutic Education Manager (TEM) is your point of contact for treatment and disease state education, tips, supplemental administration training, and ongoing support.

Case Manager

Your Case Manager is available to assist with navigating insurance coverage and identifying available financial support for eligible patients.

Your local CoRe

Sanofi Community Relations and Education, or CoRe, Managers are dedicated to providing education and empowering those within the hemophilia community through one-to-one communication, as well as through community events and conferences.
