Hemophilia education

Our Community Relations and Education (CoRe) Managers are dedicated professionals who can provide resources and education that put hemophilia in a new light.

Access assistance

Sanofi case managers can work with you and your healthcare team to navigate the insurance process, send your prescription to your preferred pharmacy, and more.

Treatment support

Sanofi Therapeutic Education Managers provide Sanofi treatment education as well as ongoing support as life—and your needs—change.

Financial assistance programs

We know that accessing and paying for treatment can feel anything but simple. We’re here to help you navigate the process on your terms and secure the financial coverage you need.

Free trial plus program*

Get your first 30-day supply of treatment when you enroll through your healthcare provider. While you work with your doctor, your dedicated case manager will review your health insurance information.

Copay program*

Pay as little as $0 with maximum annual savings up to $20,000 with no income caps. You can get your copay card by contacting your dedicated Sanofi case manager.

Factor access and patient assistance programs*

Access your Sanofi hemophilia treatment at no cost if you are eligible and are uninsured, your insurance has been interrupted, or if you have insurance, but lack coverage for the drug.

*Copay Program not valid for patients utilizing Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DoD, TRICARE , or similar federal or state programs including any state pharmaceutical assistance programs to pay in part or in full for their prescriptions. Savings may vary depending on patients’ out of pocket costs. Free Trial Plus valid only for a patient’s first prescriptions and it is limited to one use per patient per product for their lifetime. Free products dispensed through the Free Trial Plus or Factor Access Programs shall not be submitted to any third-party payer, public or private (e.g. private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, VA, DoD, TRICARE, or similar federal or state programs) for reimbursement. All Programs not valid where prohibited by law. Sanofi reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programs at any time without notice. Program details provided upon registration.
